Payment Policy

Please allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks for all Bows
  1. Normally, orders must be placed 2-4 weeks in advance of your
    shipping date.  Longer lead time for large orders and custom work.
  2. Orders received less than 14 days before your shipping date are
    subject to a 20% rush fee.
  3. Changes/delays caused by client or client's agent(s) will incur
    additional daily charges.
  4. Limitation of Liability:  Seller shall not be liable for, and Buyer
    assumes responsibility for all personal injury and property damage
    resulting from the handling, possession, processing or use of the
    goods.  In no event shall seller be liable for any special, incidental
    or consequential damages, whether buyer's claim be in contract,
    tort, strict liability or otherwise.  Seller's liability for any and all
    losses or damages from any cause whatsoever shall in no event
    exceed the purchase price.
